Onboarding complete

You're booked

That's Onboarding
Done.

An hour is blocked out, just the two of us, and the invite is on its way to your inbox. Thank you, sincerely, for working through all of that. Most of it we only ask once, and what you gave us is what keeps this from turning out generic.

The part I look forward to

Watching it land on your phone

On our call I'll set your system running and send a message from your new number while you're sitting there. It shows up on your phone, in real time, in front of you.

Owners tend to go quiet for a second when it happens. It's the moment this stops being a thing you bought and starts being a thing that works.

Then I'll show you your website. That one usually gets a reaction too.

What happens between now and then

We don't wait for the call to start. By the time we meet there'll be something real to look at.

Your site goes into build

Written and designed around the answers you just gave us, ready to show you on the call.

Your number gets registered

The compliance side takes a few days, so we start it now rather than after we meet.

Your team gets set up

Watch for two invites: Slack, where we live, and Lead Connector for your phone. Those two apps are your whole job.

You've done your part. Everything from here until we meet is on us.

Nobody enjoys spending twenty minutes on onboarding forms, so I appreciate you taking them seriously rather than rushing them. The specifics you gave us are the difference between something built for your company and something built for any contractor with a truck.

See you on the call.
