irst off, thank you. Handing part of your business to someone else isn't a small decision, especially a business you built yourself. I don't treat it like one.

Here's what I want you to know going in. Right now there are homeowners trying to reach you who never make it through. Someone calls while you're up on a roof. Someone messages at 8pm after work, which is when most people actually get around to dealing with the thing they've been putting off. Someone fills out your form and waits two days for a callback, then hires whoever picked up first. You already did the hard part of earning their attention, and then you lose them at the last step. It's the most expensive thing happening in your business and you can't see it happening, which is why most owners never get around to fixing it.

We fix that part first.

"I want to set this thing up so right that it's with me for years." A client told me that on their first call. That's the bar.

Over the next couple of weeks we'll put the system in while you keep running jobs. Your part is small on purpose:

One more thing. I started Arcrel because I kept meeting owners whose craftsmanship was excellent and whose website made them look like two guys and a truck. That gap is fixable. It's most of what we do.

Thanks for trusting us with this. We'll earn it.

Let's get to work.

Questions people ask

Some of these you'd ask on your own. Some you might not want to. Either way, here they are.

Who do I talk to when I need something?

Once onboarding wraps you'll get a private Slack channel with our team in it. Mark runs your account day to day, and I'm in there too. Ask anything, any time, and someone will get back to you.

Owners tell us this ends up being the part they value most. For a lot of them it's the first time they've had an actual team behind them instead of a freelancer who goes quiet for a week.

How fast will I see something happen?

Your site and booking flow go up first. After that, leads start landing in your call list.

What I won't do is promise you a specific number on a specific date. It depends on your market, the demand you already have, and how quickly your team works the list. What I can tell you is what it looked like for [CONTRACTOR CLIENT NAME, CITY]: [X booked estimates a month at a Y% close rate, and Z growth milestone inside of N months].

What do you actually need from me?

Very little, and that's deliberate. Download two apps. Answer in Slack when we need a decision or an asset from you. Work your daily call list.

That last one carries more weight than everything else combined. The companies that grow fastest with us are the ones that call the people the system puts in front of them. That's most of the difference between a good year and a flat one.

Do I have to switch my CRM or scheduling software?

No. Keep ServiceTitan or Jobber or Housecall Pro or whatever you run on, keep your phone number, keep your crew. We handle everything before the truck pulls up and everything after it pulls away. What happens on the job site stays yours.

This is the question we get most, and the answer never changes: nothing you rely on gets touched.

What if it isn't working?

Then we say so and we change it. Marketing is iterative and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. What works in Sacramento might not work in your market, so we test, read what the data says, and adjust from there. It gets better the longer we run because we have more to work with.

If we ever hit a point where we genuinely can't get you a return, I'll tell you that directly and we'll figure out the right move together. We're here to make you money, not spend it.

What if my competitors copy me?

Some will try. Honestly it's a good sign when it happens, because it means you're the one worth copying instead of the one playing catch up.

What they can see is the surface. Anyone can copy a page or an offer. What they can't copy is the system running underneath it, the data it's been learning from, or the fact that you've been compounding for a year while they were busy imitating.

How will we know it's working?

We track the numbers that turn into money first: new leads, booked estimates, closed jobs, and average job value. Underneath those we watch the inputs, like cost per lead, cost per booked estimate, and where people drop off.

You'll see all of it. No vanity metrics, and no 40 page report that nobody opens.
